Finally I have found Family Dollar Stores Closing Locations list which I collected from local media websites because according to media reports, these stores are providing discount of 50% or even more on their items which suggests that these stores are going to be close nearly.
But Remember dollar tree still didn’t released a comprehensive list of the locations it is planning to close.
Here is list of closing stores locations:
Slocomb, Alabama: A Family Dollar at 534 Lawrence St. is going to be close, but still no date has yet been set, according to WDHN.
Wilmington, Delaware: Two Family Dollar stores are closing, store employees informed WECT, according to a report. They are located on Greenfield Street and Carolina Beach Road.
Tallahassee, Florida: A Family Dollar store on West Brevard Street is closing, while rest of four other Family Dollar stores in the city will remain open, according to the Tallahassee Democrat.
Peoria, Illinois: Two Family Dollar stores are planned to close according to the Peoria Journal Star.
Wichita, Kansas: The Family Dollar Store at 13th Street and Broadway is closing, according to KSN News.
Humansville, Missouri: The Family Dollar store in Humansville, Missouri, will also be closed, according to a KY3 report. According to sign on the store’s door dollar tree is closing this location and asking customers to visit their stores in Stockton and El Dorado. The store is providing huge discounts to sold out inventory.
Willow Springs, Missouri: A Family Dollar store in Willow Springs, also in Missouri, will close. According to reports, Cashiers their at the store reported about it to Howell County News.Up to 90% discount is being provide there.
Gering, Nebraska: A Family store located in Gering, Nebraska has store closing” sign, according to KNEB.
Middletown, New Jersey: According to the Asbury Park Press, a Family Dollar store at the Eastpointe shopping center in Middletown, New Jersey also going to close.
Wilmington, North Carolina: Two Family Dollar locations in Wilmington, North Carolina, on Greenfield Street and Carolina Beach Road, are closing, according to WECT6. Exact date of closing store is still unknown even by Employees at the stores.
East Liverpool, Ohio: A Family Dollar at 15 Walnut St. in downtown East Liverpool is going to be close at April 17. according to The Review.
Clearwater, South Carolina: The location at 4403 Jefferson Davis Highway in Clearwater, South Carolina is planned to be closed, WRDW.com reported.
Lynchburg, Virginia: Two Family Dollar stores in Lynchburg, Virginia are closing, according to WSET. The stores are located on Campbell Avenue and Federal Street.
Elkins, West Virginia: Family dollar store in this location said it’s going to closing once all its inventory sold, according to the Inter-Mountain newspaper. Also providing 50% off on items.
