Happy Gilmore 2 is being waited by fans for about 27 years and there always has been lots of speculations regarding this sequel to 1996 golf comedy “Happy Gilmore”.
In this regard, latest update about Happy Gilmore 2 is shared by Christopher McDonald who played Shooter McGavin character in Happy According to him, Adam Sandler is working on Happy Gilmore 2.
McDonald told this during an interview on Friday’s episode of “Audacy’s 92.3 The Fan”radio show, which is good news for fans waiting for Happy Gilmore 2 .
McDonald shared that he met with Adam Sandler two weeks ago and Adam shower him a script of Happy Gilmore 2 on which he is working.
“I saw Adam about two weeks ago… And he shows me the first draft of ‘Happy Gilmore 2,’” McDonald said,
He also joked by saying that his interview hosts may want to “cut that out” of the radio show because, he said, “I don’t wanna be a liar, but he did show me that, and I thought, ‘Well, that would be awesome.’”
“So, it’s in the works. Fans demand it, dammit!” McDonald said. He further added that he was “very, very pleased.” after seeing first draft of Happy Gilmore 2.
Different news magazines contacted McDonald and Sandler for comment but yet didn’t get reply although Netflix avoid commenting on whether working on Happy Gilmore 2 is going on or not .

As of now Script writing work of Happy Gilmore 2 is continued by Adam Sandler according to McDonald so this sequel cast and release date are unknown.Lots of updates regarding it will be seen in the future
